For orders with more than one item, including in stock and out-of-stock items, we will contact you directly before shipping your items. To keep your jewelry looking its best, we suggest taking it off before your daily rituals such as showers, lotion, perfume, exercise, etc. Do not wear your jewelry to the beach or pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. Remember, your jewels need their beauty sleep too so lay them out flat at night. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY? To keep your jewels shining bright, mix 1 teaspoon of dish soap and 1 quart of warm water in a bowl, allowing your jewelry to soak for 10-15 minutes. Remove any buildup by gently rubbing with a soft bristle toothbrush. For any jewelry with gemstones, please contact us or a professional jeweler to ensure safe and gentle cleaning procedures. HOW DO I GET A KNOT OUT OF MY CHAIN? Carefully use tweezers to take apart any knots in your chain. If you are still having trouble, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to have our repair department take care of this for you. DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT? BECKY's jewelry is sold exclusively at www.beckyjewelry.com. DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING? We do not provide gift wrapping for online orders. However, all BECKY JEWELRY purchases come in our signature box. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE JEWELRY WHILE TRAVELING? Our jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. When traveling with your jewelry, we suggest placing necklaces in a small zip lock bag with the clasp hanging out of the bag to prevent tangling. Place all jewels in a soft pouch for extra protection. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AS A GIFT? Yes, BECKY is happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and follow the return instructions. Your refund will be credited to you in the form of a BECKY JEWELRY gift certificate. WILL THE BUYER OF MY RETURNED GIFT KNOW THAT IT WAS RETURNED? In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.
